| Two Juveniles Charged With Setting Fires |
| Fairfax County fire and rescue department investigators have charged two juveniles with allegedly setting multiple fires at Langston Hughes Middle School on Oct. 28, 2009. The juveniles were charged with burning or destroying personal property worth less than $200, a class 1 misdemeanor. The fires were set in the boy's locker room. No damage to the structure or injuries were reported. |

| Racial Slurs Spray Painted on Woman's Home |
| Police responded to a home in the 2000 block of Durand Drive for a report of graffiti on |
| Nov. 7. A 45-year-old woman reported that some time between 10 p.m. the night before and 7 a.m. on Saturday, someone spray painted racial slurs and profanities on the exterior of her house. | Apple Store Robbed Second Time |
| Three males entered an Apple computer store, located at 11949 Market Street, on Nov. 7 at about 1:44 p.m. and stole several laptop computers, an iPhone and an iPod. The suspects fled the store on foot toward a parking garage. One suspect was described as black, about 6 feet tall and wearing a gray sweater with a green shirt underneath and a gray driving hat. |

| • A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 11000 block of Granby Court. |
| • Two cellular phones were reported stolen from a school in the 900 block of Locust Street. |
| • Laptop computers, an iPod and an iTouch were reported stolen from a business in the 11900 block of Market Street. |
| • A wallet was reported stolen from a business in the 12000 block of North Shore Drive. |
| • Diamond earrings and a bracelet were reported stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of Raleigh Hill Road. |
| • A wallet was reported stolen from a business in the 1800 block of Wiehle Avenue. |
