The Herndon Police Department reported the following incidents through Nov. 15:

BRUIN DISTRICT

• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 7:01 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the 900 block of Alabama Drive.

• Jorge Trinidad, 29, of Herndon, was allegedly arrested for drunk in public at 1:26 a.m. on Nov. 15 near the intersection of Alabama Drive and Florida Avenue.

• The screen on a window was reported damaged at a residence at 7:48 on Nov. 13 in the 400 block of Spruce Court.

GOLF COURSE DISTRICT

• Orvin Benitez Osorio, 24, of Herndon, was allegedly arrested for drunk in public at 12:36 a.m. on Nov. 11 in the 600 block of Clearwater Court.

• A noise complaint was reported at 11:04 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 1200 block of Summerfield Drive.

HALEY SMITH DISTRICT

• Logan Bonjour, 20, of Annandale, was arrested for alleged assault at 3:19 a.m. on Nov. 12 in the 100 block of Spring Street.

• Dublas Leiva, 18, of Herndon, was issued a summons for alleged possession of marijuana at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 9 in the 700 block of VanBuren Street.

• Jose Reyes Cruz, 27, of Herndon, was issued a summons for alleged concealment of goods at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 400 block of Elden Street.

• Michael Hall, 20, of Delmar, Del., was arrested for drunk in public at 10:48 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 100 block of Spring Street.

RUNNYMEDE DISTRICT

• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 9 in the 300 block of Herndon Parkway.

• The victim reported a subject using their credit card without authorization at 3:38 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 300 block of Herndon Parkway.

• Jose Gomez Hernandez, 31, of Herndon, was issued a summons for allegedly drinking in public at 9:34 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 700 block of Lynn Street.

CENTER DISTRICT

• The victim reported their residence was entered and a television and laptop were stolen between 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 and 10 a.m. on Nov. 12 in the 600 block of Dulles Park Court.

• The victim reported being assaulted by an acquaintance at 9:07 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 1000 block of Alabama Drive.

• Lenin Pineda Cruz, 27, of Herndon, was issued a summons for alleged concealment of merchandise at 10: 38 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 1100 block of Elden Street.

• Jose Zetion, 52, and Victor Telles, 35, both of no fixed address, were arrested on charges of alleged drunk in public at 1:37 p.m. on Nov. 9 in the 1100 block of Alabama Drive.

• Omar Valladares, 32, of Kingstowne, Va., was arrested on charges of alleged drunk in public at 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 11 in the 1200 block of Elden Street.

• Jose Hernandez, 53, of Herndon, was arrested on charges of alleged drunk in public at 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 15 in the 1000 block of Lexus Way.

DUIS AND OTHER INCIDENTS

• Ramiro Velazquez Chavez, 32, of Reston, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated at 1:32 a.m. on Nov. 15 in the 200 block of Herndon Parkway.

• Town of Herndon Police reported one incident of driving under the influence, 27 incidents of speeding, seven incidents of no operatorÕs license, three incidents of driving while on a suspended or revoked license and two incidents of expired or no Town of Herndon sticker.
